Mountain Village began with one simple concept; it takes a village to raise a child. Individuals with disabilities are valued members of our communities and participate based on personal choices. Mountain Village set this concept in motion in 2008 and it has grown to take on a life of its own. Now having several locations, Mountain Village plans to offer advanced real-life coaching to all Direct Support Professionals of Arizona supporting the disabled community.

Mountain Village's core belief is treating love as a verb. A verb in which can only be expressed through one's actions. Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law (Galatians 5:22-23). We all know, actions speak louder than words - written or spoken. With love, time and consistency, healthier habits develop for all involved - the member, their family, the community and direct support professionals alike.
